CHEMOLAN PW2 PRIMER is a moisture curing, solvent containing, single component PUR primer with low viscosity.

Fields of application:
CHEMOLAN PW2 PRIMER is used as an adhesion primer for sports surfaces on concrete or PUR substrates under PUR coatings such as CHEMAL PW2AB COATING or rubber granule mats. CHEMOLAN PW2 PRIMER can not be applied onto bituminous substrates.

Properties:
CHEMOLAN PW2 PRIMER exhibits good adhesion to non-porous substrates. It is of a very low viscosity and therefore has a high capillary action. CHEMOLAN PW2 PRIMER is easy to apply. Because the material cures very quickly it should be coated the same day. The material reacts with humidity and eliminates carbon dioxide to produce a resistant, tough elastic film. The yellowing which occurs when exposed to UV light does not affect its mechanical properties.Fully cured, CHEMOLAN PW2 PRIMER exhibits excellent mechanical properties. It is resistant to a variety of alkalis, diluted acids, brine, mineral oils, lubricants and fuels.
