Product description:
ELASTOMER TSP is a polyester based urethane cast system with can be used for the production of a range of polyurethane elastomers from 55 – 95 Sh A hardness.

 

Fields of application:
PROCESSING The optimum processing temperature for Elastomer TSP series components is as follows: CHEMOLAN TSP1 prepolymer 40 - 50°C CHEMOLAN TSP3 curative 40 - 50°C CHEMOLAN TSP2 polyol 35 - 40°C The mixed components should be cast into pre-released moulds heated to a temperature of approximately 80°C. Gel Time 5 - 30 min at 90°C mould temperature Demould Time 30 - 80 min at 90°C mould temperature Heating Time 24 – 48 hours at 90°C

COMPONENT PROPERTIES

CHEMOLAN TSP1 (prepolymer):
Appearance: Pale Amber Liquid
Viscosity: 4500 - 5550 mPa*s at 25°C

CHEMOLAN TSP2 (polyol):
Appearance: Whitish, Waxy Solid at 20°C
Viscosity: 4800 - 5800 mPa*s at 25°C

CHEMOLAN TSP3 (curative):
Appearance: Whitish, Crystalline Solid below 20°C
MIXING RATIOS

ELASTOMER TSP can be blended in the following proportions to give a range of hardness curatives.
