| Chemopur AW+B | Product description: Chemopur AW+B is a two-component raw material system on the basis of polyurethane-polysilicate resin which was assigned to insulate water-logged mountain’s formations, in the areas of underground tunnels. Its virtues are adhesion to almost every base, resistance to salty water, the ability to regenerate the model, ability to painting and colouring in the substance, possibility to grinding and mechanical processing; certified to repairing and insulating of a body of drinkable water, adapted to repairing and insulating swimming pools and basins in sewage treatment plant. Fields of application: System Chemopur AW+B in ratio by volume 1:1 is pumped into the mountain’s formations by using dipassable press. Keep it in temperature 15-20 degrees. The components should be protected from the humidity. The typical properties of the hardened glue are: Adhesion to the rock: min. 600 kPa; Growth of the volume: 10-20%; Elastic on the reflect: 25-30. HARD COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL. | Properties: Chemopur AW component A: External – sticky, oily liquid, in light yellow colour, opalescent, without any suspension and with characteristic smell; Density (in 25°C)[g/cm3]: 1,42 - 1,5; Viscosity (w 25°C)[mPa*s]: 600-1500. Chemopur AW component B: External - – sticky, oily liquid, in dark brown colour, without any smell; Density (in 25°C)[g/cm3]: 1,19 - 1,21; Viscosity (in 25°C)[mPa*s]: 600 - 1500.
