Chemolan M2 is a prepolimer on the basis of polyester and TDI. Chemolan M2 is distinguished by low content of free TDI. After hardening MBCA it gives a material with a great mechanical parameters and hardness about 95 Sh A. Fields of application:
Elastomers which were obtained on the basis of Chemolan M2 are used in producing various types of rollers for the textile industry and heavy industry, rolling elements, riddles for the mining etc.

Chemical and physical properties obtained elastomer:
Hardness - about 95 ShA;
100% Modulus - 5-10 MPa;
Stretching - 10 MPa;
Lengthening - 200-300%;
Tearing - 5 kG/cm;
Specific gravity- 1,1-1,2 g/cm3;
Abrasion- no more than 1,5 mm3/1m;
Resilience decompresses (Schob) - 3%.
