Product description:
Two-component polyurethane glue is used in a process of producing layered plate.

Fields of application:
Machine- made gluing the fading from the sheet metal to the polystyrene plate, mineral wool, polyurethane.

Properties:
CHEMOLAN DP component A (a mixture of polyurethane foams with addition of modifiers including antiphyrens):
- Density in temperature 20°Celsius: 1,1(± 0,1) g/cm³

CHEMOLAN DP component B (a mixture of polyisocyanate diphenylmethane):
- Density in temperature 20°Celsius: 1, 22(± 0, 02) g/cm³
- Group content –NCO: 31 (± 1) %

FOAMING:
The ratio of components A/B:
- 100/160 (± 1) weight, 110/195(± 1) volume;
To acceptable tolerance of the ratio in applying:
- ~ 5 %;
Temperature of work: 20 (± 2) o Celsius
Start time: 13 (± 2) s;
Gel time: 32 (± 4) s;
Dry face time: 40 (± 4) s.

FOAM:
Seemingly density of free growth:
- 32 (± 4) kg/m3;
Combustibility according to DIN 4102:
- B2 (ability to self stalling).
