Product description CHEMOLAN B-45 is waterproof, one-component polyurethane adhesive for building materials: wood, foamed polystyrene, building paper , metal, paper, rubber and EPDM granules etc. CHEMOLAN B-45 is especially useful to stick damp wood.

Fields of application:
The air temperature must be between 10 and 35°C. By means of a brush or putty knife apply thin coat of adhesive, fitting and press down. The substrates must be free from dust, oil and grease. Moisture of wood must be below 30 %.

0,1- 0,7 kg/m². Exact quantity depends on surface type.

Full curing is achieved after 24 hours.

Packaging

Standard packaging: 1 kg, 10 kg, 30 kg, 50 kg, 225 kg drums or another on customer wish.

Storage

Do not store at temperature below 5°C. The most favourable storage temperature is 10-25°C. Original closed drums can be stored for at least six months at ambient temperature.

Precautions

CHEMOLAN B-45 contains MDI. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. All areas where the adhesive is poured, weighed or dispensed should be well ventilated.
