Product Description
Gamatpur 80E is a two-component polyurethane system to be applied as an insulating material applied by spraying with excellent durability that ensures reliable protection for many years. It is characterized by high hardness and flexibility simultaneously. It is mainly used for insulation of tanks, both metal and concrete and steel pipes and fittings. The main features of the corrosion protection of steel elements and concrete tanks from penetrating storage medium.
The system should be applied on previously prepared surface. For steel, the surface should be clean, dry with no signs of grease. In the case of concrete should be paid special attention to the level of moisture and purity of the substrate surface. In the case of cement wash should be absolutely removed by blasting the surface.
The air temperature and soil during application should be between 10 - 35 °C. Always observe the recommended mixing ratio of components. The difference in dosage should not exceed 2%. Recommended film thickness in a single spray should not exceed 2mm.
