Two component polyurethane adhesive which is applicable as a binder in the production of
filters
Life time
In approximately 5 - 15 minutes at 20oC. Life time can be reduced by increasing the
temperature or adding a catalyst. Curing will be longer at lower temperatures. During the
bonding temperature must not fall below 10oC.
Application
Air and soil temperature must be within the range of 10 – 25oC. Surfaces must be dry and
free from dust and grease. The polyol component must be well mixed before use. Polyol and
isocyanate are mixed together for at least two minutes in the proper ratio. The material is
then ready for use.
